ts bruh get used to it until your scouted

I don't plan on becoming an artist tho.

@PowerOfNG ts

Hi there. Long time no see... Belated congratz to your cake day. :)

I can explain to you why "good work" is removal-worthy as a "Review": Because it doesn't tell the artist anything, aside from "I liked this." We already have the regular ratings for that - you do not need to make people read "I gave this submission 5 stars. End of sentence."-reviews.
If you'll have a look at my Review section you'll notice that I have higher standards than the average user in that regard, but even if you're not much of a critic you'll manage 3 lines. Reflect on what you want to convey before you start typing: First impression, presentation, what you liked, what you disliked, where you see room for improvement... Things of that nature.

That being said, even throw-away reviews are usually 'not' removed. The reason for that is that 'so many' of our users write 'pointless comments', instead of 'actual reviews', if the Review Moderators had to remove them all, they'd never get any sleep...

My guess would be that you did not just write "good work" once or twice but over and over and over again, until somebody noticed it and reported you for it.
("Post large numbers of low quality / repetitively phrased reviews to boost your review count.")

I had a glance at your reviews and those that remain are pretty much one-liners. Just like submissions, actual reviews should have some effort put into them. I would suggest that you have a look at the Review Guidelines before you complain about "Newgrounds' horrible censorship":
https://www.newgrounds.com/wiki/help-information/terms-of-use/review-guidelines

Sorry, I don't want to boost my review count, and that is ridiculous, I just want to state my opinion these rules are ridiculous AF. it should be like a comment section, there's nothing interesting to review about Dubstep/EDM I would be better at reviewing art as there's something in it that has value, but I am more of a music guy, an EDM guy in fact, I don't even send hate I appreciate there work, I don't have a big music taste, I don't have big of an imagination for EDM there is literally nothing interesting about it, and Newgrounds is not my job, I come here and then to post a review, I like treating it like a positive comment, as there is not a comment section on it, most people who are new to this site, treat it like a comment section, in fact you can't reply to others and get feedback from them, which is annoying, not as many people even treat it like a review section, as why would you want to waste minutes of your day on a song you liked? I don't have time for that, I also don't review that often anymore, I only comment now and then, I don't treat Newgrounds like a chore, like how the number one reviewer does.

Anyway thanks for responding, I appreciate your feedback, and support, If I can I will try to review stuff and give slight critcism, if there is any to give, i'll try to, no promises tho.

Have a great day.

@PowerOfNG You pretty much already said it yourself: The kind of feedback field you are looking for does not exist on NG (at the time of writing). But it's not as if anybody was 'forcing you' to give 'public' feedback in the first place. You could just sent those artists PMs and encourage them that way. After all, that feedback is first and foremost 'for them'.

Until we get both an 'unregulated comment section' on top of the 'Review section that has rules (in theory)', you will have to take it up with the Review Moderators:

wow who would flag comments over something? that makes them a Judas, their better off flagging a video instead. i think youtube has the best comments tbh

@Jaguarknigh75 I genuinely think that, if you want to discuss this in earnest, @Platzsoldier would be a person you should speak to.
